The first of Gen-C project-based program began in the Die Design Department of Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina A.Ş. on November, 2017. Newly graduate machine engineers designated in accordance with face to face interviews and assessment center applications attended presentation techniques, team work and conflict management trainings along with technical trainings on die design during 3 months. Apart from the trainings, they found one-to-one chance opportunity with our executives in the experience sharing meetings held with the participation of our senior executives.

 Works on the formation of training programs and the employment of newly graduate persons within the company will continue in line with the different requirements in the coming years.
