Gen-C talent program has included young talents who have been at the beginning of their careers in Coşkunöz since 2017. Young talents who completed the Gen-C talent program made their presentations to our managers and elaborated on their projects. With the objective of creating the “Coşkunöz Generation”, these young people took the first step in their careers with the talent program we organized for the youth who recently graduated from the university.
