We launched the In-Coaching program, which we established in order to provide support for the personal development of Coşkunöz employees and to enable them to find their own solutions and reveal their true potential.
Within the scope of the CODE 2025 transformation journey, we shared our efforts to spread the coaching culture within the company with the participation of Coşkunöz Holding CEO Erdem Acay, Human Resources Director Arzu Öneyman, Talent Management and Employee Experience Manager Özlem Baş Bayraktar and Leader Coach Vedat Erol.
