In the CEO Connect series, which we organized in three sessions with a focus on “Management with Culture and Values,” we came together with our managers under the leadership of our CEO, Ahmet YAĞCI.

During the meetings, which were also attended by our Chair of the Board, Oya COŞKUNÖZ AKTAŞ, we shared insights on the impact of value-based management on business processes, the contribution of our corporate culture to sustainable success, and the importance of establishing a common language in leadership.
